Toque MaCaque

Macaca sinica – රිළවා
Endemic to Sri Lanka. Males larger than Females. There are three subspecies as Dry zone, Wet zone and Montane.

They have a golden brown coat on their top surface, white hair on their underside and toque-shaped swirl of hair on the top of its head. Their faces are hairless, ears and lips are black.
Gray Langur

Semnopithecus priam – හැලි වඳුරා
A group of Old World Monkeys constituting the entirety of the genus Semnopithecus.

The overall body color of is grayish with a black face and ears, and a tail that is always longer than the body. Males are larger than females. The hairs of the crown form a distinct pointed tuft or crest, that meets at a central point. Black eyebrows project outward. Head scarcely paler or not paler than back.
Purple-faced Langur

Trachypithecus vetulus – කළු වඳුරා
Purple-faced Langur or purple-faced leaf monkey is a species of Old World monkey that is endemic to Sri Lanka.

The colour of their coat varies with the each subspecies, but is generally brownish-black on the body and limbs, whilst the facial whiskers range in colours, from white to pale brown and are directed backwards.
